Work / Heidi Health / 2023 to 2025

Selling Heidi and supporting its users.

I ran product demos, qualified interest and supported clinicians at Heidi. Alongside selling, I worked on the customer stories, feedback and sales systems that helped the team do its job.

01 / Customer story

Getting a GP’s experience out into the world.

I kickstarted the customer case study with Family Doctors @ Tuggerah. I also gathered early quotes and logos for our landing page, often by following up on positive feedback in sales conversations.

02 / Clinician feedback

From the consultation to a care plan.

A physiotherapist asked why, if Heidi already captured the consultation, it couldn’t also generate the care plan. That meant interpreting the transcript, working out the exercises and calculating sets and reps, then bringing it together inside Heidi.

My workaround was to save custom prompts for Ask Heidi to interpret the transcript, calculate sets and reps, and draft the care plan. It was still clunky: it relied on a manual prompt sequence rather than generating the plan as part of the consultation workflow.

  1. Captured consultationThe context was already there.
  2. Saved Ask Heidi promptInterpret, calculate and draft.
  3. Clinician reviewCheck and adjust the draft plan.

A prompt-based workaround, not a care-plan feature I shipped.

I collected recurring feedback like this through support, demos and conferences and brought it into our weekly team meetings. It gave context that a HubSpot record or PostHog recording could not explain on its own.

03 / Sales handoffs

The next person needed the context.

I helped structure HubSpot, clean up records, define fields and build pipeline reports. One example was a triage form during deal creation, so sales could pass the information onboarding needed to carry out its work.

  1. Sales conversationUnderstand the clinician’s needs.
  2. Deal-creation triageCapture the context in the record.
  3. OnboardingPick up with the information needed.

The work sat alongside selling. When a demo, follow-up or handoff exposed a gap, I could work with the team to fix it.

How the role began

I joined in July 2023 to manage the CEO’s inbox: triaging requests, finding context, handling support questions and drafting replies. Over time, the role expanded into research, financial models, business development and the early sales team’s systems.
